Rabbi Berland’s Prayer To Overcome Disabilities

Master of the world, who can do anything, from whom nothing is withheld, please Hashem who is One (1), send me a complete (372) recovery (292) in the blink (307) of an eye (130).
And may I merit a holy (410) body (89) from Gan (93) Eden (124) = 1821, and to exchange my body, and my disabilities will go, and through this I will be healed in the blink of an eye.
Please Hashem who is One (1), heal me with a complete recovery in the blink of an eye, in the merit (475) of (330) the hidden (760) Tzadikim (254) + 1 = 1821.
And may my disabilities go, and act towards me like the Red Sea, because “on dry land (319) Israel (541) passed through (272) over (401) this (17) Jordan (269)” +2 = 1821.
And send me a complete recovery in the blink of an eye, in the merit of the akeidah (184), where Avraham (248) our forefather (69) bound (474) (401) Yitzchak (208) on (100) the side of (15) the altar (62) + 2 = 1821.
And may I always feel (908) spiritually (219) uplifted (692) +2 = 1821, and may there be imbued in me the soul of Rabbenu (268) Nachman (148) the son of (52) Simcha (352) = 821.
And through this may I merit to see the revelation of Moshiach (358) the son of (52) Yosef (156) Moshiach (358) the son of (52) David (24) = 1,000 + 821 = 1821, and in the merit of this may I merit to fulfill, “and do not (37) abandon (715) the Torah (1006) of your Mother (61)” + 2 = 1821.
