To Engage in Hitbodedut and Pray for the Community

Please, Compassionate and Gracious One, grant me the merit to engage in hitbodedut before You every day for a full hour, without interruptions, and to long and yearn for You truly,

and to think about You throughout the twenty-four hours, and the Name of Hashem shall not depart from before my eyes for even a second.

And may I merit to pray for Jerusalem, the Holy City, and for its inhabitants, that they should not experience any harm or obstacle,

as it is said, "For Zion's sake I will not hold my peace, and for Jerusalem's sake I will not rest, until her righteousness goes forth as brightness, and her salvation as a burning torch,"

until I merit to see You face to face,

as it is said, "You have been shown, to know that Hashem is God; there is none else."
