Monday morning at 7:25 and 16 chalakim (parts of a minute) — Tammuz (תמ"ז) is an acronym for: "Remember the Torah of Moshe My servant" (Zichru Toras Moshe Avdi).

Master of the Universe, the Omnipotent One from whom no purpose can be withheld, grant me the merit in the month of Tammuz this year to receive anew the First Tablets. These tablets were emanated from Atik Yomin (the highest level of Divine will), the handiwork of the Holy One, Blessed be He, and written by the very hand of the Holy One, Blessed be He.

May we merit in the month of Tammuz to return, all of us, the entire Jewish people, to the Holy Mountain in Jerusalem. And may we merit in this holy and awesome month to study each and every day all the halachos (Jewish laws), as is fitting for the standing at Mount Sinai, to receive the Torah anew.

May we merit in this fearful and awesome month, which marks the beginning of the exile of Jerusalem, to know the entire Shas (Talmud), the fourteen volumes of the Rambam, the four sections of the Shulchan Aruch, the Arba Turim, Lechem Mishneh, Maggid Mishneh, Mishneh LaMelech, Hagahos Maimoniyos, Hagahos HaGra, Hagahos Maharash Korkos, Rabbeinu Manoach, Mesillas Yesharim, Pele Yoetz, Shevet Mussar, Menoras HaMaor, Orchos Tzaddikim, Shaarei Teshuvah, all the responsa of the Beis Yosef, all the responsa of the Chasam Sofer, all the responsa of Rabbi Akiva Eiger, the responsa of the Radbaz, the responsa of the Maharil, the responsa of the Maharshdam, the responsa of the Maharam—and to know it all by heart, word for word, letter by letter, with both broad proficiency and deep analysis, forwards and backwards.
