A Rare Letter from Rabbi Tzvi Pesach Frank zt"l Regarding Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a
The important letter of the honorable Chassidic Rabbi, Rabbi Tzvi Pesach Frank zt"l (of blessed memory), son-in-law of the Chassidic Rabbi, Rabbi Eliyahu Chaim Rosen zt"l and brother of the Chassidic Rabbi, Rabbi Nachum Yitzchak Frank zt"l, has been found.
It is written on this that it belongs to Rabbi Tzvi Pesach Frank; he was the brother of my grandfather, Rabbi Nachum Yitzchak Frank.
A rare letter from Rabbi Nachum Yitzchak Frank zt"l to the Edah HaChareidis regarding the Gaon and Tzaddik, Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a (may he live long and good days).
Rabbi Tzvi Pesach Frank is one of the giants of Breslov from the previous generation.

Life and peace to the Geonim (Torah geniuses), members of the Badatz (Rabbinical Court) of the Edah HaChareidis shlit"a.
Abundant greetings!
I have come in these lines of mine to introduce the Chassidic Rabbi, Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a, in a place where he is not known.
He is a great Talmid Chacham (Torah scholar) and a distinct Chassid, and he brings many souls closer to Hashem (the Creator) and instills in them pure Emunah (faith) without any flaw, Heaven forbid.
And now his heart has stirred with a good thing—to purchase the Tziyon (gravesite) of our holy Rebbe [Rebbe Nachman] of Breslov zy"a (may his merit protect us) in Uman, and to make it a focal point for Torah and prayer.
Rashi has already written regarding the verse "And the field of Ephron, which was in Machpelah... was established... for Abraham as a possession"—Rashi wrote that there was a "Tekumah" (elevation/uprising) for the field and the cave, as it left the hands of a commoner like Ephron and entered the hands of a king like Avraham Avinu a"h (Abraham our father, peace be upon him).
Similarly, in this matter, there will be an elevation for the Tziyon and all that surrounds it, to remove them from the hands of commoners and bring them into the hands of a Talmid Chacham and a Chassid; certainly, he must be strengthened and encouraged.
And I have come to sign for the sake of the honor of the Torah and those who study it,
Tz. P. Frank
Son-in-law of the Chassidic Rabbi, Rabbi Eliyahu Chaim Rosen z"l
Founder of the Yeshiva of Breslov Chassidim...
