And Draw Down Upon Us an Abundance of Wealth at the Molad of the Month of Shevat

Today – Sunday, the 29th of Teves, at 2:45 PM and 11 chalakim (parts), the Molad (birth of the new moon) for the month of Shevat 5786 will occur. Before you is a prayer written by the Gaon and Tzaddik, Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a (may he live long and good days), for the Molad of the month of Shevat 5786:

The Molad of the Month of Shevat 5786

Sunday 2:45 – 11 Chalakim (parts)

Master of the World, Almighty One, from Whom no purpose can be withheld, merit us at the Molad (birth of the new moon) of the month of Shevat—which will be on Sunday at 2:45 PM and 11 chalakim (parts)—to completely subdue the eleven chieftains of Esau (the forces of spiritual opposition) entirely. As it is written, "Behold, the nations are like a drop from a bucket and are accounted as the dust on the scales; as nothing and vanity they are accounted to Him; behold, He takes up the isles like fine dust." And draw down upon us at the Molad of the month of Shevat an abundance of wealth greater than that of Shapur Malka (the Persian King Shapur I, known for his vast riches), and may we merit to establish infinite yeshivas (Torah academies), mikvaos (ritual baths), and synagogues without end. May we merit to dance in circles for twenty-four hours, just as on the Fifteenth of Av, and through this, may the complete Geulah (Redemption) come quickly in our days, in the blink of an eye, Amen, forever and ever. As it is written, that the daughters of Israel go out and dance in the vineyards, singing songs for twenty-four hours without a moment or second of interruption, "in borrowed white garments," so as not to embarrass those who have none, Heaven forbid. Through this, may all the abundance for the new year be bestowed, and may no one lack anything, and may the people of Israel not be dependent on one another.

For a proper shidduch (marriage match) for Adel bas Channah and for success in all matters.
