The Rav, Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a, arrived today—10 Sivan—before dawn at the remnant of our Beis HaMikdash for an aliyah l’regel together with hundreds of his chassidim

On Tuesday, 10 Sivan, The Rav shlit"a unexpectedly left his holy home at 3:35 a.m. and headed toward the Kosel HaMa’aravi in honor of aliyah l’regel during the “days of completion” following Shavuos, which was last week. The Rav shlit"a arrived at the site, and within a few minutes hundreds of Anshei Shlomeinu began gathering around The Rav shlit"a. Together they recited eight sections of The Tikkun HaKlali with melody and sweet feeling—one after another—with tremendous vitality!

After more than an hour and a half of The Tikkun HaKlali, The Rav shlit"a kissed the holy stones of the Kosel, offered a silent prayer, and afterward recited Kaddish. He then departed from the Kosel accompanied by hundreds of Anshei Shlomeinu, singing “Awake, my glory…” Fortunate are we that we merited this!
