Shuvu Banim Institutions—Nechamat Tzion—invite all of Am Yisrael to the Hilulah of Rashbi, with the participation of The Rav, Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a The lighting ceremony on Har Meron will take place in compound 89—the Communities Compound, adjacent to the Meron junction. The gathering will begin at 02:00 in the early morning: a lighting in honor of Rashbi, singing and dancing, and a joyful chalakah celebration for children. Shacharis prayer at sunrise (k’vasikin).
Below are all the details about traveling to Meron:
According to the Meron Lag BaOmer 5783 outline, every traveler to Meron must purchase a travel ticket in advance, which will serve as the entry/travel ticket. Ticket sales for purchase from all over the country will open tomorrow, Thursday, 6 Iyar, at 17:00 in the afternoon, by calling 2111* or through the central registration website here. Please note: even those traveling by private car via the Eliflet parking lot must purchase tickets as above.
With Hashem’s help, a limited number of tickets has been allocated for the Shuvu Banim community. The buses will operate in a mehadrin format and will depart on the night of Lag BaOmer at 22:00 from Jerusalem. Registration is available via the “Simchas Rashbi — Shuvu Banim” line at 6148*. Please note for those purchasing tickets through the Ministry of Transportation: the hours that the Shuvu Banim community will be on the mountain are from 02:00 in the early morning until 07:00 in the morning, after the vasikin prayer together with The Rav shlit"a. The Shuvu Banim community buses park adjacent to the Communities Compound, and will depart back to Jerusalem after the vasikin prayer.
