The Molad (birth of the new moon) of the month of Shevat will occur this morning, Thursday, Rosh Chodesh (the New Month) the 1st of Shevat. At 8:24 AM and four chalakim (parts of a minute), here is a prayer written by the Gaon and Tzaddik Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a (may he live long and good days) for the Molad of the month of Shevat:

"The Molad of Shevat" On Thursday morning at 8:24 and 4 chalakim (parts)

Master of the World, Almighty One, from Whom no purpose can be withheld, at the Molad (birth of the new moon) of the month of Shevat, which will be on Thursday at 8:24 and 4 chalakim (parts) in the morning, fulfill in us the verse: "Moshe began to explain this Torah, saying, in the eleventh month on the first of the month." And then, at the Molad, all 50 Gates of Binah (Understanding) are opened for each and every person who connects themselves in truth and simplicity with the Tzaddik Yesod Olam (the Tzaddik who is the foundation of the world), our Rebbe, Rebbe Nachman ben Simcha ben Faiga. And through this, Mashiach ben David (the Messiah, son of David) will be revealed, and the Holy Temple of fire will descend from the heavenly heights, and we shall merit to see all the exiles of Israel returning to their land and their birthplace, and building the Third Holy Temple—the Holy Temple of fire.
