Condolences from the Admorim of Toldos Aharon and Toldos Avraham Yitzchak
shlit"a - Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a

The holy words of our master, Hagaon Hatzaddik Rav Eliezer Berland shlit"a, while comforting the mourners on the passing of Hatzaddik R' Aharon Kohn zt"l, Rav of the "Divrei Emunah" community in Monsey.
R' Aharon Kohn zt"l passed away in the United States, where he served as the Rav of the 'Divrei Emunah' community in Monsey, and he was the brother of the Admorim of Toldos Aharon and Toldos Avraham Yitzchak shlit"a. The deceased zt"l was the Rav of the 'Divrei Emunah' community in Monsey, where he served for many years, and he served as a Maggid Shiur at the Satmar Yeshiva in Kiryas Yoel, Monroe. He passed away after contracting the coronavirus at the age of 69. May his soul be bound in the bond of life.
Rav Berland shlit"a comforting the Admor of Toldos Avraham Yitzchak shlit"a (brother of R' Aharon zt"l):
"The Parsha speaks about Aharon the Kohen; R' Aharon zt"l was the Aharon the Kohen of the generation. He is called 'Kohn' (Kohen); he is the spark of Aharon the Kohen in the generation. Aharon the Kohen entered the Holy of Holies, and R' Aharon was also situated in the Holy of Holies his entire life. From the day he was born, he was in the Holy of Holies, like Aharon the Kohen. From the day he was born, he was situated in the Holy of Holies; he saw nothing else, only the Beis HaMikdash—his head was situated in the Holy of Holies."
"His bed flew in the air. 'And Aharon expired'—no one wanted to believe that he passed away, because in truth, the tzaddik lives forever. There is no such thing as a tzaddik passing away; there is no such reality. Moshe lives forever, Aharon the Kohen lives forever, Miriam the Prophetess lives forever, and he also lives forever. It is forbidden to say that he passed away; he is with us."
"The Gemara (Shabbos 152b) says that R' Yehuda entered the home of a neighbor who had no children... how the neighbor came to R' Yehuda in a dream after the seven days of Shiva, and he said, 'Thank you, I was there.'"
"He lives with us; he is with us now; he is literally with us. Rav says, 'Brothers, in the eulogy, I am there' (ibid. 153a). Whatever is spoken, he speaks it. Rav says to Shmuel bar Shilat: 'Brothers, in the eulogy, speak! I will enter into you, within you, I will be 'mit'aber' (clothed/embodied) in you!' All the words that are spoken now are his words; he is being 'mit'aber' in us."
"'On the day of his wedding and on the day of the joy of his heart'—this is the Beis HaMikdash and the Giving of the Torah. 'His wedding' is the Giving of the Torah. Now were the first tablets; Yom Kippur is the second tablets. Now are the first forty days; Moshe Rabbeinu entered the heavens in the month of Tammuz. Now he has ascended to the heavens; he was called inside to the heavens. He was the Moshe Rabbeinu of the generation; he was the tzaddik of the generation. On the 1st of Tammuz, he was in the heavens. Now are the first forty days in the heavens, next to the Throne of Glory, next to the Holy of Holies. He is now next to Him, in the Holy of Holies literally, like Aharon the Kohen; he entered the Dvir, the Holy of Holies, the Sanctuary, the Dvir."
"The tzaddik lives forever. 'And they saw his bed flying in the air,' because they did not want to believe that Aharon the Kohen passed away, because the first time, at the Golden Calf, they said 'Moshe is dead,' because the Satan showed them the bed of Moshe flying in the air, and it was not true; Moshe lived another forty years. Therefore, now, no one wanted to believe that Aharon the Kohen passed away. It cannot be. 'And he stood between the dead and the living, and the plague was stopped' (Numbers 17:13). He stopped the plague that millions of people died from, just as Aharon the Kohen stopped the plague that fourteen thousand and seven hundred died from until Aharon the Kohen stood, 'And he stood between the dead and the living.' He had the power to stop the plague."
The Admor of Toldos Avraham Yitzchak shlit"a: "That now, too, the plague will be stopped."
Our master the Rav shlit"a: "He is Aharon the Kohen literally, literally the Aharon the Kohen of the generation. He stopped the plague."
The Admor shlit"a: "That we should be rid of the plague already now."
Our master the Rav shlit"a: "To be rid of it completely! He took the plague with him; he took the plague with him, so that no Jew will die. And may you be comforted. May Hashem comfort you among the other mourners of Tzion and Jerusalem."
The Admor shlit"a: "Amen, thank you."
Our master the Rav shlit"a: "Amen, may Hashem comfort you among the other mourners of Tzion and Jerusalem."
The Admor shlit"a: "Amen."
Rav Berland shlit"a comforting the Admor of Toldos Aharon shlit"a (brother of R' Aharon zt"l):
"It is written in the Parsha, 'And Miriam died there' (Numbers 20:1). Miriam, Aharon, and Moshe Rabbeinu—he was included in all the tzaddikim. He is called 'Aharon.' Now the entire Parsha speaks about Aharon the Kohen, 'And Aharon died there.' He was the High Priest of the generation; his entire life was the Holy of Holies; his home was the Holy of Holies. He will live forever. 'And Miriam died there'—she lives forever."
"The entire Parsha speaks of Aharon the Kohen. Aharon the Kohen took off the garments; these were the garments of the 'Adam HaElyon' (the Supernal Man), garments from the Garden of Eden. 'And he entered the place he entered, and stood in the place he stood, and wore what he wore.' Now he has holy garments from the supernal Garden of Eden."
"Now the entire Parsha is about 'For Aharon expired' (Numbers 20:29), that Aharon the Kohen lives forever; his bed flew in the air. He is alive and existing. It is forbidden to think that a 'Gadol' (great one) departs, passes away, Heaven forbid. A 'Gadol' lives forever, especially since now he is beginning his true life."
"He will live forever; he is with us; he influences us; he is receiving the Torah now on the 29th of Tammuz, when Moshe received the first tablets. Tammuz—the first tablets. 'Remember the Torah of Moshe' (Malachi 3:22)—the acronym is 'Tamuz.' When we finish the Shiva—the 1st of Tammuz—we say in Hallel, 'All nations surrounded me... in the name of Hashem I will cut them off' (Psalms 118:10-11). This is all the nations; now all the 'kelipot' (shells) are being cut off. During the Shiva, all the 'kelipot' are cut off, all the nations."
"May Hashem comfort you among the other mourners of Tzion and Jerusalem, and may you see the consolation of Jerusalem." Amen.
The Admor of Toldos Aharon shlit"a: "Hashem should help, good tidings, for you as well, speedily, healthy years, blessed years, and good tidings, good tidings, good tidings."
Our master Rav Berland shlit"a: "Amen."
