"Fighting Day and Night"
Words of Holy Fire from Rav Berland shlit"a Demonstrating the Tzaddik's Mighty Battle Against Impurity

Strong and stirring holy words from our teacher, the great tzaddik Rav Eliezer Berland shlit"a, to understand the holy wars that the tzaddik fights against the forces of impurity and the Rav's way of fighting for the success of the holy camp until the end. These words were spoken in April 2019, before anyone had imagined the coronavirus or everything that is happening in the world.
Our teacher the Rav opened and said
"An awakening gathering for the people of Israel, to nullify all the decrees upon the people of Israel, all the intermarriages, all the desecrations of the Sabbath. We will not allow it; we will fight day and night. Now we are going to fight for the people of Israel through fire and water. We will not rest and we will not be silent until we nullify all the decrees that are upon the people of Israel. We will not sleep and we will not eat until we nullify all the decrees. Just like Aaron the Priest who stopped the plague, who came to the Angel of Death, subdued him, and laid him on the ground. Like Aaron the Priest who did not sleep for a minute and fought for 24 hours with a spear in his hand; he did not leave his sword for a single second."
Fighting for holiness until our last drop of blood
"We will be like Aaron the Priest, we will fight until our last drop of blood, just as Moses said, 'Whoever is for Hashem, come to me.' We will not rest and we will not be silent until we come to the Holy Land. There will be no blemishes of the covenant, nor any blemishes of the eyes. We guard our thoughts, just as King David said, 'That our sons may be as plants grown up in their youth; our daughters as corner-pillars, carved in the fashion of a temple' (Psalms 144:12). All the daughters will be like the fashion of a temple; they will all be like the stones of the Sanctuary and the Altar."
"We will fight with self-sacrifice for the holiness of His Name, may He be blessed, and we will not be silent - until the Holy Temple of fire descends. Like Rabbi Zeira, for whom the Holy Temple of fire descended, like Yonatan ben Uzziel, for whom the Holy Temple of fire descended; he was a man of war who fought with self-sacrifice. We will fight until the last drop of blood like Aaron the Priest who brought the Angel of Death to the floor. The Angel of Death begged him to have mercy on him."
How can we go to Moses? He is constantly fighting me!
"Aaron said to the Angel of Death, 'Let us go to Moses our teacher.' The angel asked, 'How can we go to Moses? He is constantly fighting me!' Moses grabbed him like a chicken by the neck and led him after him, and the Angel of Death was truly pathetic. Aaron did not have a drop of mercy for him; the people of Israel went with Aaron and Moses our teacher, they fought the Angel of Death and destroyed him - not a trace of him remained, neither in this world nor in the World to Come."
"Now the Angel of Death is pathetic, without teeth and without eyes; he cried and begged for mercy. Moses our teacher, who is the pinnacle of mercy, did not have even a drop of mercy for the Angel of Death; he removed all his 248 limbs and 365 sinews, and not a trace of him remained. 'You shall blot out the memory of Amalek from under heaven; do not forget' (Deuteronomy 25:19). Amalek cooled the boiling bath that one is forbidden to cool."
We do not slide, we do not slip from the King's path
"We do not give up on Amalek until he comes and asks for forgiveness and atonement from all the innocent souls, souls of tzaddikim, souls of children; how could he take them out of holiness? We will not leave the good path when the evil inclination comes with all his cunning, with all his deceit; we will not be confused. We do not slide, we do not slip from the King's path; we pray every morning Shacharit for three hours, Mincha for two hours, and Arvit for two and a half hours. Every prayer will be as long as the prayer of Hannah, who stood for three hours of the Amidah."
"Eli the Priest asked Hannah why she was drunk, but she only wept and told Eli that he did not have the Holy Spirit; 'I am a righteous woman,' every woman is always righteous. Eli asked for forgiveness for suspecting that she was drunk."
