About four years ago, The Rav, the gaon and tzaddik Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a, established a daily learning schedule: eight pages of Gemara a day and five chapters of Rambam—so that each year, on the hilula of Rebbe Nachman, they complete the entire Shas. This year as well—5784—on the hilula of Rebbe Nachman, after the Ma’ariv prayer, The Rav Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a completed the entire Shas with Maseches Niddah, and immediately began Maseches Berachos, giving a shiur of about ten minutes in which he explains the first page of the tractate.
