Judges decision Monday July 25th

The Judge in Rishon L'tzion ruled today that Rav Berland will be freed to house arrest. The police requested another day to appeal the case. The Judge also raised the bail from 500,000 to 700,000 which needs to be given before the Rav is released. Thousands of supporters demonstrated outside of the court house against the holding of the Rav even though the Judge last week said that he should be free last Friday.
