Judge's Decision - Rav Berland to be Released Tomorrow

The judge released Rav Berland to house arrest contrary to the police's request. Judge Kovo determined that the confrontations have already taken place, and it is unknown when the complex investigative action announced by the police during the hearing will be conducted and completed, therefore he can be released to an alternative arrest. The judge called on his chassidim not to gather around the house for fear of disturbing the peace. The police requested a delay in execution in order to file an appeal. The delay is until tomorrow afternoon. The judge requested an additional 200,000 NIS for bail - a total of 700,000 NIS.
Masses of chassidim of Rav Berland broke into dance and mighty song upon hearing Judge Kovo's decision to release him to an alternative arrest outside the courthouse in Rishon LeZion. The excitement for his release tomorrow, after the appeal that the police announced they would file, is very great.
