Listen: The Rav is in the Height of Joy Now
Words of the Righteous Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a for the New Moon of the Month of Tammuz

The month of Tammuz arrives, bringing with it the great burden it carries. Many events have befallen the Jewish people in this month, and other good ones are destined, with Hashem's help, to arrive within it. Shuvu Banim International is happy to bring you two new lessons delivered by our teacher, the Gaon and Tzaddik Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a, on the 20th of Sivan regarding the new moon of Tammuz and the dispute of Korach throughout the generations. Rav Berland shlit"a reveals therein things that no ear has heard; it is not to be missed.

"The month of Tammuz is the month of the Giving of the Torah; therefore, 'Matan Torah' (Giving of the Torah) has the same gematria as 'Shulchan Shabbat' (Shabbat table). Every Shabbat table is like the Giving of the Torah. At the Shabbat table, all the innovations of the Giving of the Torah descend; therefore, one must hear 'voices and lightnings' every second at the Shabbat table. It is forbidden to stop learning and praying on Shabbat; one must finish the entire Book of Psalms 10 times in one day, and it is forbidden to sleep."
"Every man and woman, boy and girl, must finish the Book of Psalms every day until the Rav is released. One must pray and ask that the Rav be released completely, because this is a Dreyfus affair. Just as in order to save the honor of France they forged many things, even though it led to the suicide of innocent people (against whom they concocted a false libel), so too is it against the Rav."
"The Rav is happy; he is at the peak of happiness now. They are giving a person diamonds that have not been given since the creation of the world; every night, such innovations are revealed to me here. I do not want to leave here at all; I prayed that the hearing last week would not succeed. People want to see the Rav, that is fine, it is also important, but the Rav is an 'egoist'—first and foremost, he worries about himself. Moshe Rabbeinu was also an 'egoist,' as is written in Chayei Moharan (Dispute). Through the tzaddik, in a millisecond, all the sins of the entire world are swallowed up. Therefore, when one draws close to the tzaddik, one must know that he is leading me; I do nothing. I cannot even pray, I cannot get up in the morning—everything I do is in the merit of the tzaddik. Korach said: 'For all the congregation are holy' (Numbers 16). He said to them: 'All the congregation are holy, and they all heard at Sinai, "I am Hashem your God," so why do you exalt yourselves over the assembly of Hashem?' What is 'I am'? 'Moshe would speak, and God would answer him with a voice'—everything was in the merit of Moshe. The Baal HaTurim says: 'Who and who are going,' gematria Yehoshua and Calev."
"Now is the moment of the Geulah; we must be awake all night. Everyone should learn Torah lesson 27 in Likutey Moharan and see that through dispute, a person can merit diamonds. The new moon of Tammuz and the Cave of the Patriarchs in Hebron are one and the same. And it was revealed to Calev ben Yefuneh, who arrived at the Cave of Machpelah, that Moshe Rabbeinu is the tzaddik and he is eternal, that Moshe is Divinity itself. One must know that the tzaddik is Divinity itself that descends down to here. The tzaddik and the new moon of Tammuz are one and the same."
