Prayer for the New Moon of Nissan 5779 by the Esteemed Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a

Master of the Universe, Almighty, at the new moon of the month of Nissan, Thursday night, 29th of Adar II, 12:04 (00:04), 17 parts, 5779.

Please Hashem, at the moment of the new moon when all the gates of the heavens open, and all 50 gates of understanding and all 32 paths of wisdom, and then Hashem bestows all goodness, and endless spiritual and material abundance, and all 13 gates of the Holy Temple open wide, even though it is after midnight,and then "My soul clings to You; Your right hand upholds me", and then one completely exits the impurity of leprosy.

Therefore, on the Shabbat after the new moon, we immediately read Parshat Tazria, because with the new moon begins Parshat HaChodesh and Parshat Brit Milah, and Parshat HaYoledet, because this parsha is equivalent and the new moon before it is equivalent to the seven clouds of glory that began on the 15th of Nissan,as it is written "And Hashem went before them by day in a pillar of cloud to lead them the way, and by night in a pillar of fire to give them light; to go by day and night, He did not remove the pillar of cloud by day, nor the pillar of fire by night, from before the people".

Because at the new moon of Nissan, which is before Rosh Chodesh Nissan, on the 1st of Nissan, then all the vessels of the Mishkan are anointed, and Aaron the High Priest and his four sons with the anointing oil,and about this it is said "They shall be brought with joy and gladness; they shall enter the palace of the King. Instead of your fathers shall be your sons; you shall make them princes in all the earth. I will make Your name to be remembered in all generations; therefore, the peoples shall praise You forever and ever. God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Therefore, we will not fear, though the earth be removed, and though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea".
