Prayer: Master of All Worlds, Grant Me the Merit to Awaken from My Eternal Slumber; I Have Been Sunk in Sleep for Thousands of Years

Master of the Universe, I hereby ask forgiveness from all human beings in the world, and from all inanimate objects, plants, animals, and humans (the four kingdoms of creation), and from all the angels and Seraphim on high, and from all the Sefiros (Divine emanations) and all the Holy Names, which I have blemished through my numerous sins from my birth until this very day. I have caused separation between all the worlds and between all creations. I have strengthened the Yetzer Hara (evil inclination) in the world because I did not try to overcome it. I have multiplied all the transgression in the world by following the stubbornness of my heart. I have magnified all the sins and transgressions of all people everywhere, because I did not make an effort to overcome my terrible inclinations, and I did not make an effort to learn Torah day and night, and I did not make an effort to run to the Yeshiva every day to learn with desire, diligence, vigor, and true vitality.
