Master of the World, Almighty, from Whom no purpose can be withheld, please have compassion on "a worm and not a man, a reproach of men and despised of people; all who see me mock me, they open wide with the lip, they shake the head," please have compassion on a trampled worm like me.

Master of the World, Almighty, merit me to do an hour of hitbodedut every single day, and I shall study Torah day 96 and night 81 = 177, and I shall enter with my body into Gan 53 Eden 124 = 177, and the angels Nuriel 297 Gabriel 246 and Raphael 317 and Michael 107 = 967, shall accompany me day 96 and night 81 = 177, and I shall merit the intellect of Rebbe 268 Nachman 148 son of 52 Simcha 353 son of 52 Feiga 94 = 967.
