Prayers Throughout the Country and Around the World for the Healing of the Gaon and Tzaddik, Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a

After our teacher, the holy Gaon and Tzaddik Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a (may he live long and good days), was rushed to the hospital, every step he takes causes him immense pain. The doctors treating the Rav testified that an ordinary person could not endure such pain for more than three minutes without morphine, yet our teacher, the Rav shlit"a, does not take morphine.

Yesterday morning, Sunday of the week of Parshas Bamidbar 5779, our teacher Rabbi Berland shlit"a requested again that everyone pray for him tonight at Chatzos (midnight) and complete the entire Book of Psalms at the Kotel (Western Wall) so that the Rav, with Hashem's help, will live and be healthy. Rabbi Moshe Tzanani shlit"a, one of the veteran and righteous students of our teacher Rabbi Berland, spoke movingly, saying that the Rav, through his suffering, is literally taking a Third World War upon himself, and every day the Rav lives is a miracle. Rabbi Tzanani added that our teacher Rabbi Berland lives only through our prayers, and that this is a massive war for the Geulah (Redemption); therefore, we must fight for our lives and pray for the Rav!

Consequently, the masses of the House of Israel have awakened together in various locations across the country and the world in prayer and outcry for the healing of the Tzaddik, our holy teacher Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a, who himself prevents, Heaven forbid, another Holocaust from befalling the People of Israel and works tirelessly to bring the Geulah (Redemption) closer.
