Rabbi Hirari zt"l Said: "He Refuses to Place the Knishta Chada Bulletin of Rav Berland in the Synagogue?! Go Check if He is a Mamzer"

"Initially, in one of the first editions of the 'Knishta Chada' bulletin, the gabbai of one of the synagogues in Kfar Shalem did not agree to place the bulletins in the synagogue. They went to Rabbi Hirari zt"l and told him that in all the synagogues they are placing the 'Knishta Chada' bulletin, and only the gabbai of one synagogue does not agree. Rabbi Hirari replied and said, 'Go check if that gabbai is not a mamzer.'"
"They went to check the details of that gabbai at the municipality, but even though the checker had connections in the municipality, suddenly in this matter, they prevented him from obtaining the details of that synagogue gabbai. On the next occasion when they came to Rabbi Hirari zt"l, they told him that they went to the municipality, but there they do not allow seeing the gabbai's details. Rabbi Hirari responded decisively, 'I told you he is a mamzer, why are you asking questions?!'"
"Despite the decisive answer, they continued to challenge Rabbi Hirari zt"l: But Rabbi, because he does not allow the 'Knishta Chada' bulletin about Rav Berland shlit"a to be placed, because of that he is a mamzer?!"
"Rabbi Hirari zt"l answered: 'I will tell you. In the past, I used to go to the holy tzaddik Rabbi Fish zt"l before he was revealed to the world, and I would study with him alone. It was known that there was a strict rule that Rabbi Fish never spoke words of Torah, except stories of tzaddikim, before the world, and behold, on that day when I came to him, Rabbi Fish delivered a Torah lesson for about an hour and a half. When the people left, I approached Rabbi Fish and wondered before him what happened that he spoke Torah before the public. Rabbi Fish told me (Rabbi Hirari testifies), 'This Jew (the esteemed Rav Eliezer Berland shlit"a) is here in this world for the second time. The first time was during the Second Temple period, and now this is his second time. Now you understand why I said that whoever is not willing to accept the 'Knishta Chada' bulletins about Rav Berland shlit"a is a mamzer?'"
"When I told the story in the name of Rabbi Hirari zt"l, he was still alive, and his personal gabbai heard the words and said he testifies that these words are all true and certain."
"To me, these words connect with the words of the kabbalist the esteemed Rabbi Dov Kook shlit"a, who said about Rav Berland shlit"a - 'He is the neshamah (soul) of Eliezer the Great, and it is known that Rabbi Eliezer ben Hurkanus lived during the destruction of the Second Temple.' And here are the words of the tzaddikim, Rabbi Hirari zt"l and Rabbi Dov Kook shlit"a, who apparently did not hear each other, and behold, their testimony is one."
