After reaching a critical point and the situation of our teacher, the esteemed tzaddik Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a, is truly at a life-threatening stage, there is a tangible fear that if sufficient funds are not collected, our teacher Rav Berland will be returned to serve the sentence in prison.

After the activists handling all the matters of our teacher Rav Berland shlit"a are truly collapsing under the heavy burden, the Rabbinical Committee of the Holy Community decided to launch an emergency fund to save and support our teacher Rav Berland. The appeal is to the entire holy public who for decades have been drinking from the waters of his Torah and taking shelter under his shadow, and of course to all who have a Jewish soul within them and cry out against the severe injustice being done to the tzaddik, the foundation of the world, who truly fights with his body for the people of Israel.

These are the holy words of the esteemed tzaddik Rav Meir Malka shlit"a, representative of the Rabbinical Committee of the Holy Breslov Shuvu Banim Community:

"To all our dear friends, brothers, and companions, once again we turn to the holy public, to the public here in Jerusalem, the holy city, and also to the holy public in all the cities of Israel and to all who hear us, supporters and admirers of Rav Berland, chassidim of the Rav and those associated with them - please, once again we appeal to you from a situation that requires your precious help."

"Again and again, the expenses for Rav Berland are renewed, in addition to the ongoing expenses as known... for the Rav: security, protection, maintaining the house and everything surrounding these matters. This costs the Rav significant expenses, very many thousands, both past debts and ongoing."

"Besides this, with Hashem's help, there is an intention to hire more lawyers to handle the Rav's matters, and with Hashem's help, we will be able to demand, request, and achieve the possibility of renewed connection of the holy community members and those associated with them with our teacher Rav Berland shlit"a."

"So the merit of each and every one and every human being, to turn to whomever they wish to turn to.., that everyone fulfills their wish in this matter. And besides this, there are the previous expenses of the lawyers, we are talking about debts of very many thousands every month."

"Please, the situation truly requires your precious help, therefore we turn to you again with a necessary request that everyone strengthens to volunteer an amount of one thousand shekels each. We allow ourselves to ask from the required and necessary situation, please whoever is able to turn to their acquaintances and lovers of our teacher Rav Berland shlit"a."
