Regarding the Grave of Elisha • The Daily Lesson from Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a

Here is the full daily lesson as delivered by The Rav, Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a, last night, Monday night, the eve of the 21st of Av, Parshas Re’eh, after the Ma’ariv prayer:
“So now, until Rosh HaShanah, not a single person should travel to ‘Stella Maris’—it’s impossible to go there. I was born exactly next to the monastery. There was a maternity hospital there—Ezra Hospital—three minutes from the monastery; that’s where I was born. And we used to go up there every day, regularly. Like R’ Nosson, who would go there every day, and the holy Ohr HaChaim—everyone would go there every day. Until the French killed all the Jews when they conquered Haifa; they did not leave a single Jew alive, and then they fulfilled, ‘Have you murdered and also inherited?’ (I Kings 21:19). In the meantime, no one should travel to ‘Stella Maris.’ We do not go to the mosque—to the monastery we do not enter inside—until Rosh HaShanah. They should arrange a special place for the Breslov people, and for all of Am Yisrael, so they will be able to pray, to say there one hundred of The Tikkun HaKlali every day!”.
To watch the replay of last night’s Ma’ariv prayer with singing and niggunim—the lesson begins at 27:00
