Shacharis Prayer and the Daf Yomi Lesson with the Gaon and Tzaddik, Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a

For a week now, since the holy Gaon and Tzaddik, Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a (may he live long and good days), returned to his home, Anash (our community) have had the merit to pray every day with the Rav shlit"a and to participate in the Daf Yomi (daily page of Talmud) lesson.

This morning, Thursday, the 14th of Menachem Av, the Rav shlit"a entered the prayer hall at 4:10 AM to deliver the Daf Yomi lesson, Tractate Temurah, page 27, regarding the topic of "If it was a blemished consecrated animal, it goes out to non-sacred status." The lesson lasted about 25 minutes, with the Rav shlit"a explaining the Daf Yomi with great clarity.

The Rav began with "Urah Na" (Awaken Now) from Tikkun Rachel and Tikkun Leah (parts of the midnight lament). Afterward, at 5:15 AM, the Shacharis (morning prayer) began, at the conclusion of which they recited the Tikkun HaKlali (The General Rectification), followed by a short lesson of several minutes.

In total, the Rav shlit"a remained with the congregation for three hours of prayer, and at 7:12 AM, he returned to his holy home.
