Shocking: The Reason for Disasters Before Our Eyes and We Keep Falling into
Oblivion - Opinion Column

One does not need to be a pessimist to see that disaster follows disaster, everything is collapsing, just as the Kabbalist Rabbi Gamliel Rabinowitz said: "The entire public, I want the whole world to hear this, to see this, the great leaders of Israel. We have received three blows: 1. Corona 2. Lag BaOmer 3. Shavuot."
Everyone is searching for the root and the reason for all the disasters that are rushing upon us one after another. It is not that everything was quiet before this, but rather that the disasters and troubles are only intensifying and becoming more powerful, until it is clear to everyone that they are arriving for a special reason—a kind of voice calling us to awaken.
About four years ago, during the previous wave of fires, the Kabbalist Rabbi Dov Kook shlit"a from Tiberias said:
"All the severe fires currently raging in the Zichron Yaakov area are because they are persecuting and causing pain to the holy tzaddik Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a, and in particular, the attribute of judgment has struck us in the North. And one must know that the severe fires raging there in several locations are because Rav Berland is in the northern region near Tiberias, and the Midrash says that when they persecute and shame the tzaddikim, Hashem brings fires to the world!"
"And let all those who fabricate and speak slanders and lies about such a holy and awesome tzaddik be careful, for he will return soon; there is justice and there is a Judge, his honor and innocence will truly be revealed before everyone." Thus far are his holy words.
People of Israel, awaken! Does this look natural? Does this look coincidental? A moment after the decision against the Rav shlit"a, suddenly the whole country goes up in flames!! Again!! Enough, really, when will we awaken?!
But people do not internalize these things and are playing with fire, with the souls of the people of Israel, and here is the third time in history that they bring an 84-year-old holy Jewish man to court, strapped to a stretcher, covered in a tallit—and the country has returned to burning.
The Kabbalists and the hidden tzaddikim warn that, Heaven forbid, it will not get worse.
With the beginning of the latest wave of riots in Gaza and from within, the elder of the Kabbalists, Rabbi Amos Guetta shlit"a from Netanya, said:
"For a long time, the people of Israel have been silent, and the great leaders of Israel have been silent, and the whole world has been silent—regarding the degradation of a great tzaddik, the tzaddik of the generation, who is Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a, whom they shame from morning until night."
"They have been torturing Rav Berland shlit"a for a year and a half in prison—he has not yet been judged, and everyone is afraid to protest. And now they led the Rav to the District Court with an intensive care ambulance into the courthouse."
"Rabbi Amos screamed, he is filmed, he screamed: 'If they do not protest for the honor of Rabbi Eliezer Berland, there will be a disaster a thousand times greater.'"
Meron Disaster
The last time they shamed the holy Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a and brought him on a stretcher and with degradation to the District Court, three days later, to our sorrow and the grief of our hearts, the terrible disaster in Meron occurred. 250 kosher Jews who arrived for the holy hillula of Rabbi Shimon in Meron left the holy site on stretchers to the hospitals.
Karlin Disaster
About a week later, and again, ignoring the pain and suffering of the people of Israel, for the second time they again lead the holy Rabbi Berland shlit"a on a stretcher to the court—and again, to the grief of the heart over the pain of the people of Israel and the holy victims, the heavy and horrific disaster occurred on the holiday of Shavuot in Karlin. And again, dozens of stretchers went out to the various hospitals, and again, holy losses in body and soul.
The Earth Opened Its Mouth
The holy Rabbi Eliezer Berland said in the past regarding the portion of Korach:
"Korach was destined from Heaven for a huge role—Hashem gave him oratorical talent, to be a speaker of supreme grace so that he would unite and strengthen the people, so that they would return to believe in Moses our Teacher. Because he knew very well who Moses our Teacher was; he just could not overcome his jealousy and his hatred."
And here the portion of Korach arrives, the portion in which the text teaches us about the severe dispute of Korach and his congregation against Moses our Teacher, and again the holy Rabbi Berland shlit"a is brought into a hearing while he is strapped to a stretcher and covered in a tallit, and what is the reaction?
At that same time, exactly at 13:59 when the stretcher left the court into the ambulance on its way to the hospital... the earth opened its mouth in the parking lot of Shaare Zedek Hospital in Jerusalem and swallowed entire cars and giant trees.
Only by a huge miracle was a disaster of massive proportions prevented: Aaron Miller, a Magen David Adom paramedic, told Yossi Stark, who was standing at the place during the moments of the collapse and was saved by a miracle, that by the grace of Heaven a terrible tragedy was prevented: "If the sinkhole had opened a short time later, during the shift change at the hospital at 15:00—there would have been dozens of dead here, Heaven forbid, it is truly a miracle."
They are having mercy on us and hinting to us so that we will understand... it is too intentional and deep to be a coincidence, and it is happening exactly in the portion of Korach, where it is told about the 250 heads of the Sanhedrin who disputed and shamed Moses our Teacher, and the end is already known.
Because, "And God seeks the pursued" (Ecclesiastes 3:15).
Merciful people of Israel, we must awaken and pray that the dispute, the degradation, the incitement, and the oppression of the tzaddik who is the foundation of the world, the holy Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a, will cease, with no one to open their mouth or chirp.
Because, "A Rabbi who waives his honor—his honor is not waived" (Kiddushin 32a)...
