The Galinsky-Erol Wedding with the Gaon and Tzaddik, Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a - Watch

Yesterday, Tuesday night of Parshas Chukat 5779, our teacher, the holy Gaon and Tzaddik, Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a (may he live long and good days), officiated the Chuppah (wedding canopy) and Kiddushin (marriage ceremony) of Nachman Erol, may he live, with the daughter of Rabbi Moshe Galinsky shlit"a.

The wedding was held at Gutnick Halls, with our teacher, Rabbi Berland shlit"a, arriving at the hall around 6:30 PM.

On this occasion, it is worthwhile to mention the words of our teacher, the Rav shlit"a, from yesterday.

"Rebbe Noson explains: Why did they fail with the Golden Calf? Because they didn't have Torah; they didn't study Gemara (Talmud). They were enthusiastic; they saw Hashem face to face, the Ten Commandments, thunder and lightning from one end of the world to the other. If a person does not study Gemara, then all of his enthusiasm is worth nothing; it's not worth that he left Egypt, it's not worth that he crossed the Sea. Nothing."

"If a person does not study Gemara, everything flies away in the wind—an evil wind—and nothing remains."
