The Gaon and Tzaddik, Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a, Comforting Mourners at the Shaki Family Home • Special Documentation

This morning, the Gaon and Tzaddik, Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a, arrived to comfort the mourners at the Shaki family home in Bnei Brak
Last week, Mrs. Varda Cohen, the daughter of Rabbi Avraham Shaki and the sister of—may she be distinguished for a long life (tivadel l'chaim tovim)—Rebbetzin Tehila Berland shlit"a, passed away. This morning, before the rising from the Shiva (the seven-day mourning period), our teacher, the Rav shlit"a, arrived for Nichum Aveilim (comforting the mourners) at the Shaki family home in Bnei Brak. Our teacher, the Rav, strengthened and comforted the family, and in fact, following the Nichum Aveilim of our teacher, the Rav, the family members rose from the Shiva.
