The Rav Rabbi Berland shlit"a arrived on the night of 28 Adar I to comfort the Rebbe of Toldos Aharon shlit"a on the passing of his wife, the Rebbetzin a"h ■ Listen to a fifteen-minute talk delivered during the shiva visit at the Rebbe’s home

The Chareidi world received, this past Thursday, with deep sorrow the bitter news of the passing of the wife of the Rebbe of Toldos Aharon shlit"a—Rebbetzin Hinda Kahan a"h—after a year of harsh and bitter suffering, when she fell ill with the terrible illness, may Hashem have mercy. On the night of 28 Adar I, The Rav Rabbi Berland shlit"a came to comfort the Rebbe shlit"a at his home on Shivtei Yisrael Street, near HaChomah HaShlishit Street. The Rav shlit"a sat and offered words of comfort to the Rebbe shlit"a for approximately fifteen minutes. Afterwards, The Rav shlit"a rose and blessed him: “May HaMakom comfort you among the other mourners of Zion and Jerusalem, and may you know no more sorrow.” He then took leave of the Rebbe with great warmth and friendship.
