The Hilula of Rabbi Natan of Breslov in the Breslov Courtyard of Meah Shearim

On the night of the second day of Parshat Vayechi 5779, the night sanctified by the fast of the 10th of Tevet, masses of Breslov Chassidim from the holy community of Breslov 'Shuvu Banim' celebrated the special Hillula of Moharnat of Breslov, of blessed memory. The holy and magnificent event took place in the central synagogue of the Breslov Chassidim in Mea Shearim, Jerusalem, 'The Shul,' as many crowds accompanied the Gaon and Tzaddik Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a into the holy space.

Rav Berland shlit"a prayed before the lectern together with the general public, leading the Mincha and Maariv prayers with song and holy melodies as is his custom. Afterward, the public began singing and dancing in honor of the important Yahrtzeit of Rebbe Nathan, the holy and preeminent student of the 'Butzina Kadisha' (Holy Light) Rebbe Nachman of Breslov, of blessed memory. Following the festive meal, the Gaon and Tzaddik Rabbi Eliezer Berland delivered his special holy words for the occasion, sweeping the hearts of his listeners with a holy flame.
