The Secret of Finding One's Soulmate and the Daily Heavenly Decree

Class No. 64 | * (Continued from 63) Tuesday night, the eve of the 15th of Av, 5756, for the young men of the group in the Kloyz (synagogue) in "Beit Yisrael"
An in-depth article on the virtue of the days of Tisha B'Av and the 15th of Av (Tu B'Av) as days of joy in which one receives a new soul. The Rav explains how every single day a Bas Kol (Heavenly voice) goes forth declaring a person's match, and how walking daily to the Western Wall connects a person to the root of miracles and helps him find his shidduch (marriage match).
The "Pri Tzaddik" says that just as during the Second Temple period, when the prophecy of Zechariah the Prophet was to make Tisha B'Av a Yom Tov (festival) and a time for gladness and joy, so too during the First Temple period, Tisha B'Av was a day of gladness, delight, and joy. In the future to come, there will be seven days of feasting and joy from Tisha B'Av until the 15th of Av.
The 15th of Av is a day of dancing and rejoicing. Rebbe Natan of Breslov explains that on this day, sins are atoned for through the dancing and rejoicing, and in fact, it is exactly like Yom Kippur. Everyone must believe that on this day all of his sins are forgiven, and through the joy of dancing, he receives a completely new soul.
The Daily Declaration of One's Match
Since the 15th of Av and Yom Kippur share the same spiritual aspect, these are days when anyone can find their soulmate. If a person receives this day with joy, gladness, and earnestness, his shidduch (marriage match) will be revealed to him. This day is auspicious for the revelation of all matches and soulmates, because everything comes from the Holy of Holies.
The Gemara in Tractate Sotah says:
"Rav Yehudah said in the name of Rav: Forty days before the formation of an embryo, a Bas Kol (Heavenly voice) goes forth and declares: The daughter of so-and-so for so-and-so, the house of so-and-so for so-and-so, the field of so-and-so for so-and-so."
A person worries about where he will get an apartment or parnassah (livelihood), but everything was already declared forty days before he was born. However, in Tractate Moed Katan, a completely different opinion of Shmuel is brought down. There it says:
"Rav Yehudah said in the name of Shmuel: Every single day a Bas Kol goes forth and declares: The daughter of so-and-so for so-and-so."
Not just once in a lifetime before the formation of the embryo, but every single day a Heavenly voice goes forth and declares a person's match, apartment, and parnassah (livelihood). If a person were meritorious, waking up for Vatikin (sunrise prayer) and going to do Hisbodedus (secluded personal prayer) in the field, he would hear the Heavenly voice and find his match immediately.
The world was created on the 25th of Elul, and forty days prior to that is the 15th of Av. On this day, the souls of the Jewish people were created, and on it, a Heavenly voice goes forth and declares all the matches. This is a day when everyone receives a completely new soul, and with this soul, he will arrive at Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur.
The Western Wall - The Root of Miracles and Salvations
The place where all soulmates and all salvations are revealed is the Western Wall. Rebbe Natan reveals a novel concept in the Laws of Orach Chaim, that the Western Wall is the root of all the miracles in the world. Even the miracles of the Exodus from Egypt, the Ten Plagues, and the Splitting of the Red Sea—all of them are drawn from the Western Wall, from the Holy of Holies.
Regarding this, the verse states:
"You will bring them and plant them on the mountain of Your inheritance, the place for Your dwelling which You, Hashem, have made."
Hashem reveals to us that all the miracles we have seen are drawn from the Temple Mount. Therefore, a day must not pass for a person living in Jerusalem without going to the Western Wall. There lies the root of the souls, there all the matches are engraved, and if a person goes to the Western Wall every day—he is guaranteed to find his soulmate.
The Western Wall is a place where physical reality is nullified. When a person goes to the Western Wall, it seems to him that he is in this world, but in truth, he is in the World of Atzilut (Emanation), in a completely different world. From there begins the point of free will of the creation of the world, and when a person ascends to this root—his free will is nullified and he receives only good choices.
