Master of the Universe, Almighty—nothing is beyond You, and no plan is withheld from You. In the merit of the yahrtzeit of the Chida, who passed away on the 11th of Adar, 5566 (1806), and lived 84 years, and authored 84 holy and pure sefarim—for he was a holy and awe-inspiring Tzaddik, such a holy Tzaddik as has not existed since the creation of the world—through his merit, sweeten the harsh judgments in the world, and nullify all wars, and all killings, and all cancers. Let there no longer be corona in the world, and let not a single person die from corona anymore. And may it be fulfilled in us, in the merit of the holy Chida, the verse: “He will swallow up death forever, and Hashem will wipe away tears from every face,” and “and He will wipe away upon the shoulder of the Sea of Kinneret”—for through the Chida all sins are forgiven. And may the verses be fulfilled in us: “Come and see the works of G-d, awesome in deed toward the children of man. He turned the sea into dry land; through the river they passed on foot—there we rejoiced in Him. He rules by His might forever; His eyes watch the nations; let the rebellious not exalt themselves, Selah. He sets our soul in life and did not allow our foot to slip.”
