Before you is a prayer written by The Rav, Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a, for the meal on the eve of Yom Kippur. As is well known, our Sages said about this: “Whoever eats and drinks on the ninth [of Tishrei]—Scripture considers it as if he fasted on the ninth and the tenth.”
