The Rav's condition is very serious.  We, everyone, need to mamash come with all the strength.  We need to believe that every prayer is heard, especially when everyone prays together.  One needs to mamash make every effort to come to the Kotel, to tear open the gates of Heaven that the Rav will be with us and sweeten all the judgments from the entire world, especially from our Rav, the Tzaddik, foundation of the world.  There is nothing greater than praying for the Rav.  Bezrat Hashem, may we merit to work salvations with our prayers!
