As every day, and also every night, the esteemed Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a went out on the night of Thursday, Parshat Eikev 5778, 2.8.18, to the people of Israel. Rav Berland shlit"a toured the cities of Israel, conducted home gatherings, received the public, and delivered Torah lessons.
