Here is the full shiur delivered by The Rav, Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a, after the recitation of the seven Tikkun HaKlali at the gathering on last Thursday night—Erev Rosh Chodesh Elul—in the City of the Patriarchs, Hebron;

So this gathering is a preparation for the Giving of the Torah. Now Moshe is ascending Mount Sinai to receive the Second Tablets; and now we are already receiving “Third Tablets”—the Ten Commandments. Therefore Avraham, Yitzchak, and Yaakov; Moshe, Aharon, Yosef, and David; and Sarah, Rivkah, Rachel, and Leah—who are here by us, right here—behind this wall are Sarah, Rivkah, and Leah—everything together is the gematria of “I am Hashem your G‑d” (Shemos 20:2). All the Seven Shepherds together with the Four Matriarchs—this is exactly the number. “I am Hashem your G‑d, Who took you out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage”—two thousand four hundred ninety-five. Now this is literally the Giving of the Torah. Everyone who was here at the gathering merited the Giving of the Torah—it is as though the Giving of the Torah happened right now, literally! All those who merited to arrive at the gathering merited the Giving of the Torah—“a third set of Tablets,” the new Tablets—which will now be brought in this Geulah, which will be yet this very year, amen!

And therefore they received Kadesh Barnea. And Kadesh Barnea: the letter beis is two; reish is two hundred; nun is fifty; ayin is seventy—this comes out to eighteen thousand. Because two times two hundred is four hundred, and times reish is eight thousand—this is eighty thousand. So with Kadesh Barnea, how did it come out eighteen thousand? Because when they arrived at Kadesh Barnea, eighteen thousand chariots escorted them. For “Barnea” is gematria eighteen thousand—how do you do it? You do n"r [multiplied by] ayin-beis [the letters of “bar-nea”]. If you do n"r and ayin-beis—two hundred fifty multiplied by seventy-two—this is one thousand times eighteen, exactly eighteen thousand. So in a moment… Kadesh Barnea is the secret: they already needed to enter the Land of Israel—“Come and take possession” (Devarim 1:8). Now we are literally in the Land of Israel; the verse “Come and take possession” has been fulfilled. There is no need for any weapons; there is no need for the IDF; there is no need for anything! The moment we go with The Tikkun HaKlali, then we conquer—“and they inherited the toil of nations” (Tehillim 105:44)—we conquer the entire world!! And this year we will merit the complete Geulah, speedily in our days, amen!
