TO MERIT TO ENJOY THE SHABBOS WITH DELICACIES AND TO MERIT THE SPIRIT OF HASHEM AND TO USE MY TIME FOR TORAH 

Master of the world, who can do anything, for the sake of the honor of the Holy Shabbos, also (43) “Eat (57) delicacies (214), drink (706) sweet drinks (630) = 1650 and also eat rich foods (480) and drink (712) sweet drinks (630)” = 1879.

And in the merit (435) of the three (1030) Patriarchs (414) = 1879 and in the merit of the One G-d (1) [Eruvin 41], “Rebbi (212) Yochanan (124) who stood (414) on (100) his feet (249)” = 1200.

And through this:

> “Rest upon me a spirit of wisdom (73) and understanding (73), a spirit of advice (165) and might (222), a spirit of knowledge (474) and fear (617) of Hashem (26)” = 1650.

And grant us the merit of the crown of Torah (611) and crown (626) of Kehunah (86) together (22) = 1967.

In the merit of One G-d (26), of the essence (200) of the soul (790) of our Holy (415) and Awesome (268) Teacher (268) = 1976 (Rebbi Nachman of Breslov).

Please G-d, “A broken (552) and dejected (85) heart (32) G-d (86) will not (31) deject (414)” = 1200, “You (406) remember (233) the actions (415) of the world (146)” = 1200

> “On the Seventh (397) Day (58) which is called (341) Holy (404)” = 1200.

And we should always learn Torah day (96) and night (81) = 177 as it says “Servants (86) of Hashem (26) that are standing (170) in the house (414) of Hashem (26) in the nights (478)” = 1200.

AND THROUGH THIS WE SHOULD ENTER WITH OUR BODIES INTO GAN (53) EDEN (124) = 177.
