Translated Zohar showing how the 4th of Sivan, Shavuot, Moshiach and Gog and Magog are all linked

Rabbi Eliezer Berland, shlita, made a number of references to Moshe Rabbenu’s burial place being opened, and the Forefathers, before the 4th of Sivan, 5779. He also asked for a prayer gathering to be held in Hevron, at the Tomb of the Patriarchs on the 4th of Sivan, 5779 – two days before the festival of Shavuot. The following hair-raising Zohar gives far more detail about the deeper implications of Rabbi Berland’s statements, and indicates where we are currently holding in the geula process.

Zohar Hadash Parshat Balak 65

Eliyahu said to Rabbi Shimon: “Oy Rebbe, oy Rebbe, how hard is this matter; and how long is this exile; and how much suffering upon suffering the haters of Israel have prepared [for the Jews] throughout this galut; and how much longer will these brutes rule, i.e. the Nations of the World; and how much more will they roar over their prey and devour Israel, each and every day, until the end of days?

In the end of days, according to the hour of the day, at the time when the sun will rise and shine from the sixth day, which is the sixth thousand, in the hour that it will be made ready and take place according to a counting of years, which will be shmittah and yovel together, in one year, which is 274 years from the sixth thousand.

So in the future a voice will be awakened from the highest heights of the firmament, a sad and bitter voice, something that has never been since the worlds were created.

And this voice will be subtle and secretive, in bitterness and in sadness, the voice will descend and ascend, and ascend and descend.

This voice, the doe that was beloved to me from the first days, who is the Shechina, and who was taken from in the galut; an enduring love I had with her, and I remember that a seal was sealed upon my heart, and was sealed upon my limb, and the love within me was very strong. And a spark of flaming love was burning inside of me.

At that hour, HaKadosh Baruch Hu will cry three cries, one after another, to awaken the three forefathers. And then, the heavens / firmament will shudder, and all the worlds will be shaken, until these three voices will be heard by the dag hatanin (lit: tanin fish), which is the secret of katnut (smallness) called nahash (snake).

[We are skipping the next few passages, which contain very deep kabbalistic allusions to this ‘tanin fish’.] ….

And at this time, HaKadosh Baruch Hu will gather up all the Heavenly hosts, and all of the sons of His yeshiva, and he will be above everyone.

And he will bring before Him this tanin, which is the secret of Zeira de’katnut, and will bind three yokes around his neck, alluding to the three lights that he received from [ – ] the secret of the three forefathers, and three beloved ones will take him, who are the three forefathers, and will return him to the place that occupies [that space], namely the yeshiva of [the angel] Matat.

And then, these three beloved ones, who are the three forefathers will enter one heichal (palace / hall) called ahava (love), and they will be hidden there until the coming of the Moshiach.

And HaKadosh Baruch Hu will satiate all the Heavenly hosts, and the sons of the two yeshivas, namely the Upper Yeshiva, which is the yeshiva of HaKadosh Baruch Hu, and the Lower Yeshiva, of [the angel] Metat.

And everyone will go together to hear the voice of the beloved, which is the Shechinah, and He will desire to hear her voice, together with them.

At this hour, multiple woes will be awoken upon the Holy People, one after another, with tremendous pressure, and they will cry out cries, one after another, and spill many tears. And they will awaken the Shechina, and then she will proclaim her voice in weeping, about the suffering of her children.

And HaKadosh Baruch Hu will cry out and say:

“This is she, My doe, My friend, My dove, my tam (simple / wholesome one).”

For, at the time when the Beit HaMikdash was present, no resident dwelled other than within the Holy of Holies. As it’s said, “All the kavod (honor) of a bat melech is internal… And now, in the time of the galut, she is in gardens, in a place which is abandoned and exposed, like a mother who is trailing after her children in the market place and through the city streets, who is concerned that no bad or harm should befall her child.

My doe, my friend, my mirror.

All the members of the two yeshivas, the yeshiva of the Heavens, and the yeshiva of HaKadosh Baruch Hu are here, i.e. the sons of the yeshiva. So, my desire is to hear her voice. For it has already been a long time that I have not heard your voice, and I didn’t know where you were were.

And then, all the peoples of the world will be mixed-up and confused.

One people will fight another, and nations will fight nations.

And a person who is not suitable to be king, it will be given to him that he should rule. And strange / foreign people will come with him, [with] a foreign manner of speaking, and the din (law) is not known to them, and who don’t know the hock-ay malchut (laws of the land).

And how many wars, will they think to make!

And in the midst of soft words and sweet talk, his ratzon (will / desire) will be done, and he will rule, and he will think of many thoughts, to do evil. And the evil legislation will be made especially upon Am Yisrael, apart from all of the other nations.

Then, there will be suffering upon suffering for that special people, set apart from the rest of the nations.

Then HaKadosh Baruch Hu will be awakened at this time, and He will appease the Doe, who is the Shechina, and make her feel beloved with some words of appeasement and placation, and she will be strengthened and raised up from the dust. He by Himself [will do this] and not by the hand of anyone else.

And the neshamot (souls) of the two yeshivas will stay with her. Then the three kings will stay, and [the urge] will be awoken in the three ruchot (directions) of the world to come against Am Yisrael.

And this same king, who rules with sweet talk, will govern with great anger, and with rage and with force, against the holy people.

And in the third month, in the month of Sivan, on the 4^th of the days of the month, at nine and a half hours, all of the sons of the yeshiva will go with the Shechina to the grave of the faithful Shepherd, who is Moshe Rabbenu, as it’s written: “he is a faithful servant in all of my home”. And she will give three blasts against the grave, in the hour when the sun will be gathered in and will be turned from the world.

And his grave will open, and the bnei yeshiva (sons of the yeshiva) will want to enter, but they won’t be given permission, and everyone will be removed, and will go back up to their place.

And the Shechina will enter the tomb of Moshe, and from within will come out what will come out, and this is the soul of Moshiach. And the Shechina will find Moshe sitting down and occupied in Torah, with a candle burning in front of him, and with a number of good aromas and perfumes around him.

When Moshe sees the Shechina enter, he will get up and they will become joined together, this with that. And then noises / voices will be aroused from the highest heights of the Heavens, and HaKadosh Baruch Hu will hear, and will enter into the heichal (sanctuary) of ahava, and He will take from there His three beloved, who are the three Patriarchs. And the cave of Moshe will be opened for them.

And then Moshiach will be awakened on that night, and he will be found there, with them.

And he will return (lit: revise over) the secrets of the Torah the whole of that night, in the cave of Moshe.

And when dawn breaks on the 5^th day of Sivan, Moshiach will be hidden, and Moshe and the Shechina  will remain there, together.

And it’s said on the day of the Shavuot Festival, the day on which the Torah was given, the Shechina will ascend to that mountain, namely, on Har Sinai, and three voices / blasts will be heard.

One, in respect of Avraham; and one for Yitzhak, and one for Moshe and Yaakov (because both of them are together in Tiferet, i.e. Moshe is inside and Yaakov is outside.)

And this is what is written: [ – ] Mevasseret Jerusalem, the cities of Yehuda….[ – ]

These are the three ‘languages’ that hint to: teruah, tekiah, teruah as one, in respect of the three Patriarchs.

And the malchut (government) will rule on a mountain called ‘shofar teruah’, which means, a shofar from this upper teruah, which is Tiferet, called teruah.

The malchut will be called ‘Shofar Katan’ (small shofar), inasmuch as there is a shofar called the ‘Shofar Gadol’ – the big shofar – and this is Binah. This small shofar is called a shofar that is travelling in the movement of light, which is Malchut. This is the explanation for what is written: “there will be a sound / blast of the shofar that will travel”. Behold, there is a shofar that will travel, and it doesn’t travel according to the other shofar of Binah. It is a hidden and concealed shofar, and it doesn’t travel in a revealed way.

But this is the shofar of the Malchut. It’s small.

The shofar of Malchut will go to here, to Har Sinai, on the day of the Shavuot Festival.

And this is the shofar that is aroused on the day of Matan Torah, on the day of the Shavuot Festival, and this is what’s said in the verse: The sound of the shofar travelled, and became very great.

This awakened shofar’s great arousal will awaken the Forefathers, within the Me’arah (cave) of Moshe, who will ascend b’ruach, (to fly away), and will come to the Shechina, who is standing on Har Sinai.

And because of this sound / blast, some of the evildoers in the Eretz (land) will be taken from the world.

On that same day, all the prayers of Am Yisrael will rise up before the Holy King, in all of their places, and the Patriarchs will come together and will be on the same mountain, namely on Har Sinai, with the Shechina. And Moshe will rise up with them and there, Moshe will gaze at the Patriarchs and receive from them an illumination, and they too will gaze at him, to receive an illumination from him.

And they will return and everyone will enter into the me’arah (cave) of Moshe, and Moshiach will be awoken upon them and everyone will joined together on that same day.

And on that same day, the Ten Tribes will be awakened, to arrange wars in the four directions of the earth, together with the Moshiach who will be anointed over them as king, and who will receive the anointing of the Malchut (government) by way of one Kohen Tzedek, who is Eliyahu HaNavi, and the seven faithful shepherds will be with him.

And this Moshiach is from the tribe of Ephraim and will be Moshiach ben Yosef, from the seed of Yerovam ben Nevat, the son of Aviah, who died in his youth, and on the same day he died a son was born to him. And [this son] was taken from the house of Yerovam to the wilderness and 170 warriors travelled there with him, each one a tzaddik from the tribe of Ephraim, who weren’t caught up in the sin of Yerovam.

And from this son of Aviah will come this Moshiach, and about this, about Aviah ben Yerovam, it’s said: seal up this prophecy until that hour, and that this is a prophecy also about the future, because in the future all of Israel will eulogize Moshiach ben Ephraim, who will be killed.

And [this is] what is written at the end of the verse [ – ] Behold, a “good thing” – this is said about the Moshiach, who is a “good thing upon Hashem.”

This is [because] the Patriarchs will know that HaKadosh Baruch Hu remembered His Doe, she is the Shechina, and also His people, Am Israel. How much joy upon joy will there be on that day!

But, in the Northern Land and in the Yemenite government, how many hardships upon hardships will be awoken upon Am Yisrael, on that same day.

But their prayers will be accepted b’ratzon (favorably), when they will pray about their suffering.

And so in the night of that same day, the Shechina will return to her home, and the Moshiach to his place, and the Patriarchs will return to their me’arah (cave).

And then the Shechina will go and be returned on Moshe for 70 days. At the end of 70 days, the cries of the Children of Israel that there will be from all the suffering [they are experiencing] from the four directions of the world, will ascend before the Holy King. And a group on the South side will be lost and destroyed, and five true Tzaddikim will be killed amongst them.

And then at the end of 32 days after this same group is killed, HaKadosh Baruch Hu will dress Himself in jealousy for this same small shofar, which is the Shechina. And this same Moshiach ben Ephraim will spread out spreadings out, and will fight the wars of Hashem, and will gore the nations like an ox whose horns are raised up like the horns of a re’im.

And this same small shofar, which is the Shechina, will blow teruah, tekiah, teruah three times on the top of the mountain, as at the start, and then the flags of this Moshiach will go forth, and an awful noise will fall upon the land, by way of the sound of the shofar. And all the children of the nations will hear and will be afeared, as it says: all the dwellers of the earth and residents of the glorious land will see the miracle of the mountains, and will hear the sound of the shofar.

Commentary: all the dwellers of the earth will see Israel’s return to their land with their own eyes, when they see the miracle borne atop the mountains, and will hear this thing with their own ears, when they hear the blast of the shofar.

The idols will be [destroyed/removed/burned] from the holy land and three wars will be made by the children of Yishmael with this Moshiach.

And they will come and bow down to the Master of the World on the holy mountain in Jerusalem. These wars will take place in the six thousandth, on the 16^th day of the seventh month of the 59^th year of the six thousandth – will be all these wars.

In the month of Cheshvan the haters of Israel will fall and all those idols that remain in the holy land there will be [destroyed/removed/burned] and nullified. And from there will go out and awaken wars in the world, and whilst they are making wars in the world, the people of Edom will gather against the holy land and seize it and will rule over it for 12 months.

At the end of the 12 months, the entire world will shake and will be filled with noise, and between these times the Shechina will go and return to the cave of Moshe. The king Moshiach will be hidden for 9 months, like the months of childbirth, and in these 9 months how much suffering and [destruction] he will take upon himself to atone for Am Yisrael.

And meanwhile, Hashem will increase his suffering, and Hashem will enter into the pathways/channels of one tree which is zeir anpin, where is found the root of the souls of Am Yisrael – because Hashem has a great, strong and holy tree, and there on 70 branches He will take the ‘midot’ [measurements/traits] of the diagonals, to measure the ministers [ministering angels] of the 70 nations.

He will take the 70 ministers who have been appointed on the 7 nations, who surround the 70 branches of the Upper Tree, which is zeir anpin, and He will take them amongst those midot [measures] of the diagonals. And they will be found to be forbidden [bound?] in a weight of one and a half midot [measures], meaning that they will be found to have enslaved Am Yisrael a measure and a half more than they were given permission to, like its written (Psalms 69:27): for the one who You smote, they persecuted, and so they will be taken down and removed from each and every branch.

And many small branches and small twigs will be broken during the ministers’ descent from there, as they will be caught in place within the branches, so during the ministers’ descent they will also be broken.

When the nations feel that their end and downfall has arrived, then many of the holy people will be broken between the legs of the surviving nations.

And then all those ministers who have been appointed over the nations will be passed through the Dinor River, to punish them for causing Israel to suffer.

And through this, [their tenure] will be ended and [they will be] nullified from their governments.

And while this is happening the Moshiach will have hardships and suffering like someone who is giving birth. And about this time it is written: Hashem will answer you, on the day of suffering. That in this mizmor, there are nine verses like the nine months of childbearing. And it contains 70 words to indicate, for the 70 years in the six thousandth, Moshiach will give birth to all his government, and he will rule over the whole world.

And so, in these nine moons, your miflag and your Doe will meet each other every night from Chatzot, a chariot of fire and horses of fire, extra-heavenly, squeezed from the firmament, to do wars, this one against that one, until morning light.

And after these nine months have passed, then HaKadosh Baruch Hu will awaken this Moshiach, and will take him out of Gan Eden.

And on that same day that he exits, the whole world will shudder, and the whole world will think that it’s about to die, from all the fear and the terror that will be then….

The fear of Hashem, this is the Shechina, she will rise up on that day and your Doe, and also the Moshiach will rise up with her, for what is written, that the Moshiach will be adorned with his greatness….this will be in the 60 years of the sixth thousand. And Israel will go [free] to Eretz Yisrael, after HaKadosh Baruch Hu will do many miracles for them, in the ingathering of the exiles.
