A Prayer to Merit Being Saved from Cravings for Food—Especially Carbohydrates and Sugar

Our holy master Rebbe Nachman of Breslov zy"a writes in Likutey Eitzos, letter 12:

“When a person eats excessively, he is like an animal. For the boundary of a human being is to eat only according to what he needs; and when he eats more than that, it is literally an animal-like act. And through this—through eating excessively—comes the illness of fever, Rachamana litzlan.”

Before you is a new prayer written by The Rav, Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a, on the matter of being saved from cravings for food—so that we should not be like animals—especially from carbohydrates and sugar, which are very harmful to a person.
