A Voice of Joy and Salvation • The Joy of the Final Sheva Berachos for the Grandson of Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a, in His Home • Photo Gallery

Last night, a joyous celebration took place in the home of the Tzaddikim—at the final Sheva Berachos for the grandson of The Rav, Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a

Last night, the 11th of Kislev, the final Sheva Berachos was held for the beloved grandson of The Rav, Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a: the distinguished chassan, Avraham Rubinstein (may he live long), son of the “son-in-law of the Nasi,” Rabbi Nosson Rubinstein shlit"a, and grandson of the mashpia, the chassid Rabbi Yehoshua Dov Rubinstein shlit"a. He married the daughter of the chassid Rabbi Nachman Goldshmidt shlit"a, one of the esteemed Anshei Shlomeinu in the city of Beit Shemesh.

The Sheva Berachos celebration took place in the holy residence of The Rav, Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a. The joy began with songs of celebration for the chassan and kallah for more than an hour. After that, The Rav shlit"a delivered holy words about the greatness of rejoicing with a chassan and kallah, and about the greatness of the joy of Sheva Berachos—which brings blessing and influence to the entire world. After about ten minutes of a fiery, flame-like shiur, The Rav began singing “Shir HaMa’alos,” with the honored zimun led by the father of the kallah, the chassid Rabbi Nachman Goldshmidt shlit"a. The Rav, Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a, was honored with reciting all seven blessings. Afterward, they returned to songs of joy for several more minutes, and then began heartfelt songs of emotion and awakening in the joy of the chassan and kallah. After more than half an hour of songs and niggunim, The Rav, Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a, delivered another shiur of more than half an hour from Likkutei Halachos, Hilchos Minchah 7—teaching that the entire concept of the joy of a chassan and kallah is in order to draw down the soul of Moshiach. After more than three hours, the final Sheva Berachos for the grandson of The Rav, Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a, concluded with the singing of “Samei’ach Tesamach…!”
