"Saying Chatzos Sweetens the Decrees"
The Daily Chizuk of the Gaon HaTzaddik Rabbi Eliezer Berland shlit"a

The daily chizuk of our teacher, the holy Rav Eliezer Berland shlit"a, speaking on the sweetening of harsh judgments through the recitation of Tikkun Chatzot and feeling the sorrow of the Destruction.
Tuesday, 20th of Shevat 5785, these are his holy words:
One must atone for all sins, for the two destructions; when a person says Chatzot, it is for both destructions.
Now we have Chatzot until the last Thursday, which is Rosh Chodesh Nissan; after that, for 30 days there is no Chatzot. But the true Chatzot, where one sits on the ground and feels the sorrow of the destruction... there was such a Holocaust in which 6 million were killed, it is 9 million.
Now we do not know what will be. Putin said he would not harm the Jews, but it is impossible to know. Now he is going to bring soldiers from Syria, may Hashem have mercy; they will guard the Tziyun in the end.
Now it is impossible to know where he will reach; he himself does not know what he will do with himself. Therefore, one must fast and sit on the ground so that this war will cease - he said he will not stop.
In truth, Purim is greater than Yom Kippur. The Zohar says that on Purim one can accomplish more than what is possible on Yom Kippur - it is possible to cut down all the Hamans, all the Putins.
Putin is the gematria of Nachman. Putin is 149; Putin without a 'vav' and with the 'tet' is 149, which only Rebbe Nachman can subdue - this is a klipah more severe than Hitler, worse, much worse.
