We’d like to wish a hearty ‘mazal tov!’ to Rav Eliezer Berland, shlita, on the occasion of the engagement of his grandson, Rabbi Shmuel Isaac, son of Rabbi Nathan Rubinstein, to the daughter of Rabbi Binyamin Zeev Yakobson from Kiryat Sefer.
