The Daily Chizzuk by our Rebbe, Rav Eliezer Berland shlit”a. A person needs to endure all the detours of life.
Sunday, 24 Adar Bet, 5782
These are his holy words:
This is the thread with the wrappings [like wrapping tzitzit], with all the circling, because a person needs to go in many circles/detours – he can’t be a tzaddik in one day.
He wants to be Rebbe Nachman – he needs to go in many circles.
Eliyahu HaNavi wants to be Moshe Rabbeinu – you can’t be Moshe Rabbeinu.
There is the passage in Likutey Moharan [30] – “Circling,” then the klipot [impure husks] go out. This doesn’t go out in one day.
A person needs a billion circles. He needs every day, to live a hundred years, to live a hundred years and go in 10,000 circles a day, to do 10 million. A hundred times 10 million is a billion.
Every second he needs some million circles.
