The Daily Shiur of Moreinu HaRav Eliezer Berland shlit”a, from Monday, Parshat Yitro, the night of 20 Shevat, after Maariv:
All the women from Tzippori, from Tzfat, from Kfar Shamai, from Meron, would fly in the air. Every holiday, every day, they would go to Vatikin [to pray at sunrise], to pray at the Kotel, in the Temple. And they would fly in the air on their return, before sending the children to Cheder. The vans would arrive; the children were not even outside yet. They would arrive at eight in the morning, and the sandwiches were already ready, all the sandwiches. And immediately, they would send the children, within two minutes, outside, in one hand a sandwich, and in the other hand a Tikkun HaKlali. Every child needs to say the Tikkun HaKlali before he reaches Cheder. They would finish the Tikkun HaKlali three times. And so it was that all the women would fly in the air, because all of them wore long [dresses], all of them covered their legs.
Michal said to David, “You, don’t enter the house. I saw your legs; you won’t enter the house.” [David] danced in the air in honor of the Ark of the Covenant. He flew in the air. He was captive, he was among the hostages. Avishai said, “I don’t care, because he is among the hostages.” This was against the Hague Convention, against the Geneva Convention. He entered Rafah and took David out. I don’t know how many… He eliminated hundreds of terrorists there; over this, there will be an international trial.
Because now they are accusing Am Yisrael of the murder of 25 million Germans who were killed in World War II. They said that the Jews are guilty for everything; they caused the war; they caused the loss of 25 million German Nazi “Tzaddikim,” who all died in World War II. Now they are blaming only Am Yisrael. The decided all of this in the Hague, and in the Geneva Convention, the Oslo Accords.
So the moment that the girls will wear long [dresses] and break their Xiaomi’s, they will immediately merit to a pillar of fire, to torches of fire, like Devorah Eshet Lapidot, who was surrounded by torches of fire, and she would prophesize every time. Because everyone can be a prophetess. In every generation, there were 60 multitude prophetesses – 600,000. Every woman was a prophetess. Every other girl was a prophetess.
And therefore, Serach bat Asher knew that Yosef was alive. Because whoever would say [to Yaakov] that Yosef was alive, would die on the spot. [Yaakov would have said to them:] “What, for 22 years you have been deceiving us? You would deceive your father? You sold Yosef as a slave. How could you not be [ashamed]? How could you have committed such a crime?” To this day, this hasn’t been atoned for! All the holocausts – the entire Holocaust, the entire first and second Holocaust, the destruction of the First Temple, the destruction of the Second Temple – everything is because of the sale of Yosef. Also the massacre that was on Simchat Torah was because of the sale of Yosef, something that will never be atoned for! Because selling a brother cannot be atoned for. And Yaakov sat on the floor for 22 years, and just wept and wept and wept. As it is written in Ezra 3, that the sound of rejoicing [over the construction of the Second Temple] was not heard because of all the weeping [of the elders who remembered the miracles in the First Temple]. There was such weeping that they couldn’t hear the rejoicing.
And the moment that every girl will wear long [dresses] and break her Xiaomi, the war will be cancelled and there will be the complete redemption speedily in our days, Amen!
