לִזְכּוֹת שֶׁהַתִּינוֹק יִתְהַפֵּךְ וְלֹא יִהְיֶה לִי שׁוּם פַּחַד מֵהַלֵּידָה כְּלָל וְהַלֵּידָה תִּהְיֶה קַלָּה לְגַמְרֵי וּמַלְאֲכֵי הַמֶּרְכָּבָה יְלַוּוּ אוֹתִי בִּשְׁעַת הַלֵּידָה
“שֶׁהַתִּינוֹק יִתְהַפֵּךְ וְלֹא לְפַחֵד מֵהַלֵּידָה”
רִבּוֹנוֹ שֶׁל עוֹלָם כֹּל יָכוֹל, אֲשֶׁר לֹא יִבָּצֵר מִמְּךָ מְזִימָה, זַכֵּנִי שֶׁהַתִּינוֹק יִתְהַפֵּךְ, וְלֹא יִהְיֶה לִי שׁוּם פַּחַד מֵהַלֵּידָה כְּלָל, וְיוֹתֵר לֹא אֶפְחָד מִן הַלֵּידָה, וְהַלֵּידָה תִּהְיֶה לְלֹא שׁוּם כְּאֵבִים, וּלְלֹא שׁוּם מִחוּשִׁים כְּלָל, וְהַתִּינוֹק יִתְגָלֵשׁ הַחוּצָה בִּכְהֶרֶף עַיִן = 435, וְעַל יְדֵי זֶה,

PRAYER FOR AN EASY BIRTH
Master of the world who can do anything, from whom nothing is withheld, grant me the merit that the baby will turn around, and that I won’t have any fear at all from this birth.
And I will no longer fear birth, and the birth will happen without any pain at all, and without any discomfort at all.
And the baby will slide out in the blink of an eye (435) and through this, G-d who is One, may I merit to give birth to Moshiach (358) the son of (52) David (14) = 435 in the merit of the Tzadik the foundation of the world (435).
And the angels Nuriel (297) Gavriel (246) and Michael (107) and Rafael (317) = 967 will accompany me at the time of the birth.
And may I merit to give birth to the soul of Rabbenu (268) Nachman (148) the son of (52) Simcha (353) the son of (52) Faige (94) = 967.

Maître du monde qui peut tout faire, de qui rien n’est retenu, accorde-moi le mérite que le bébé se retournera, et que je n’aurai aucune peur du tout de cette naissance.
Et je ne craindrai plus la naissance, et la naissance se déroulera sans aucune douleur du tout, et sans aucune gêne du tout.
