Rav Michael Gol Shlit”a, Rosh Yeshiva of Maginei Aretz, in a Heartfelt Call for Rav Berland’s Community

Rav Michael Gol shlit”a, Rosh Yeshiva of Maginei Aretz, in a call to the supporters of our Rebbe Rav Eliezer Berland shlit”a:

“’I’m looking for my brothers’ – students of Shuvu Banim, from the time that the Rav returned, baruch Hashem, the kindness of Hashem is upon us, we see wonderful things being done here, but these things cost damim (money/blood), in both its meanings.

“We are requesting the help of the community.  There is also here the subject of the synagogue, the continuous activities since the Rav returned.  The expenses here are great and numerous.  There is a plan for a giant tent.  Also, baruch Hashem, renovations are being done on location.  We need to prepare a new Torah ark, a new bimah, outside of the rest of the activities in our precious community which includes help for Kollel students and more and more through the benevolence of the hand of Hashem upon us.

“We are requesting from the dear community, every single family, if they can, it will be a great kindness and a great help.  We know that today the Rav isn’t involved in the subject of money, and this subject fell on the staff, on a small handful of people who are bearing this entire burden.  They took this entire burden onto themselves.

“If it’s possible for every one of our precious families to take onto itself to give 1,000 shekels for these subjects.

“Be blessed from Heaven with all the blessings, and certainly anyone who gives to the Tzaddik receives many times over, because by the Tzaddik this is sowing seeds from which we receive endlessly afterwards, both in this world and the next world.

“Please, my brothers, hurry, the help of Hashem is in the mighty, and be blessed with all the blessings in heaven.

“All the best.  May Hashem be with you.”
